Terms of Service

Welcome to Zharf (zharf.pk). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. About us
zharf.pk is operated by Abubakar Tariq, trading as Zharf, based in Lahore, Pakistan. "We", "us" and "our" mean Zharf. "You" means the person visiting or buying from our website.

2. Using our website
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when ordering (name, phone number and delivery address) and not to use the site for anything unlawful.

3. Products and colours
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Our jackets are made from PU (faux) leather, not genuine animal leather. Colours may look slightly different in person because of lighting and screen settings. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

4. Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and let you know.

5. Orders and confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it, usually on WhatsApp or by phone. We may cancel or refuse an order if we cannot reach you to confirm, the address is incomplete, the item is out of stock, or we suspect the order is fake or fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Pre-orders
Some items may be sold as pre-orders. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. Dates are estimates, and we will tell you if there is a delay. You may cancel a pre-order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp.

7. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash. For Cash on Delivery, please pay the courier the full amount when you receive your parcel. Prepaid orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed.

8. Discounts and promo codes
Discount codes (for example, our pre-launch offer) are valid only for the period, products and conditions stated with the offer. They cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may end or change an offer at any time, and we may cancel orders that misuse an offer.

9. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Please check your parcel on arrival and contact us within 24 hours if the item is wrong or damaged.

10. Exchanges and refunds
Size exchanges, defective items and refunds are covered in our Exchange & Refund Policy.

11. Product care
Please follow the care instructions on the product page. Damage caused by washing, heat, misuse or incorrect care is not covered.

12. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Zharf name, logo, photographs, videos, text and designs, belongs to Zharf. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zharf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, or for delays outside our control (such as courier delays, weather or strikes). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan.

14. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites (for example Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website when you place your order applies to that order.

17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
