Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Zharf jacket. If the size isn't right, we'll exchange it.
Size Exchange
- Message us within1 day of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- The jacket must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability in your size and colour.
- Delivery charges for the exchange are covered by Zharf if the wrong size will deliver by the Zharf staff & if the wrong size order placed by the customer than the delivery charges will be paid the customer.
Wrong or defective items
If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the parcel. We will replace it or refund you after checking the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to you by bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash within 7 working days of receiving the item back.
Not eligible
Items that are worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, and items without their original tags or packaging.
Pre-orders
If you placed a pre-order, you may cancel before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp.
